Elias Lee Manolis

Inspired at an early age by the lavish 20th-century estates of the Gold Coast near his home on the north shore of Long Island, Elias (Lee) Manolis followed his aspirations of working on fine residential architecture contributing design at several award-winning firms. He sees each project as a puzzle to solve and especially enjoys capitalizing on the constraints that make each project unique.

A native New Yorker, Lee earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the New York Institute of Technology, where he was a member of the Tao Sigma Delta Architectural Honor Society.

Outside the studio, Lee, his wife Gina, and twin daughters, Melina and Natalia, enjoy exploring the outdoors with their Australian Shepherd, Sammy. When he’s not playing soccer or baseball, he can be found in one of two places—boating with his family or traveling the open road on his Harley.
