KEVIN WELLS

With over a decade of experience in high-end residential practice, Kevin executes clients’ visions from design concepts to built work. He’s contributed to specialized programs such as home theaters, indoor basketball courts, indoor pools, spas, multi-car show garages, bowling lanes, and golf simulators in the hillside and oceanfront clients’ homes from Singapore to Malibu.

He values collaboration with design teams who bring a diversity of perspectives, and finds it exciting to be a part of the design process that develops concepts from a sketch on paper to a tangible, beautiful part of the built environment. Detailing solutions set against stringent parameters is a challenge he embraces to elevate every design.

He earned his Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Architecture degrees from the University of Idaho.

A Los Angeles native, Kevin is a life-long Lakers and LAFC fan. When not watching sports, he enjoys kayaking, basketball, and running. His grandmother is his connection to South Carolina, and he’s passionate about getting to know the East Coast, the South, and historic Charleston. When not in the studio, Kevin can often be found exploring local breweries with his dog Penny.
