JASON BOYD, R.A. NCARB

Jason is inspired by nature, the built environment, and the simple pleasures of daily life. Born and raised in the Middle East, he has a passion for world travel and a deep appreciation of cultural customs, food, and architecture. His love of the beach and lowcountry lifestyle is rooted in family vacations, and an eventual move, to Hilton Head Island where he spent much of his time studying and admiring the coastal architecture.

He embraces design challenges and sees constraints as opportunities for ingenuity–skillfully leveraging the iterative design process inherent to exceptional design. Curious and dedicated, he thrives in the collaborative culture of our open studio–always learning, then sharing insight and knowledge with the team.

He earned his BA in Architecture, a minor in Business Administration, and Master of Architecture from Clemson University. After graduation, Jason honed his passion and commitment to high design and meticulousness while studying under the prestigious Rafael Vinoly Architects. Jason met his wife Sara in NYC where they both played on the Clemson Alumni flag football team, and now keep very busy with their daughter, Blythe, and miniature Schnauzers, Gracie and Bowen.
